FREE Local Delivery
If you're in the local area, we offer free door-to-door delivery for all orders on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to listed TN postcodes. Make sure you place your order before 11am on or before your preferred delivery day.

FREE Mainland UK Delivery for Orders over £30
We offer free APC courier delivery to all mainland UK addresses, if you spend more than £30. Deliveries normally arrive within 48 hours.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery for Orders under £30
We offer a standard APC courier delivery to all mainland UK addresses for all orders under £30. Deliveries normally arrive within 48 hours and cost £6.75.
We always do our best to make shipping as cost effective as possible - and we never make a profit on courier costs.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Local orders will be delivered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons / evenings (see above for applicable post codes). For rest of UK, we aim to get your orders to you within 1-2 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use APC Overnight as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from them within 24 hours of your order leaving the brewery.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days of receiving your shipping notification, please check your tracking information supplied. If you have further issues, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. If you have provided your mobile number or email address, APC Overnight will send you a notification confirming this.
If you would like to return an item please email email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any returned items will need to be sent back to us in their original condition. Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, then you can always refuse the delivery. In this case, please inform the courier - they will then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email from APC Overnight with your tracking information.
You can request to have your order left in a safe place/with a neighbour if you aren’t going to be home.
APC Overnight may require a signature upon receipt of the parcel, this can be from a recipient at the delivery address or a neighbour. Unfortunately, we can't accept responsibility for lost parcels.
